[Devlog] Untitled MFGJ Platformer - Day 6


Hey, all! Here's the newest devlog for our MFGJ project (and the writer definitely didn't miss a day!):

Our developer Folchamp has been making a ton of improvements in the game's engine, especially the level creation and progression. Player movement has also been a big focus, and improvements are still being made on that front. In addition, the dialogue that appears in-game now has conditions, which will be used to trigger certain events.

I'd also like to introduce you to our player character, who we're calling The Lumberjack! Our artist Ajiyuu created this sprite for us, and you'll be playing as him for the duration of the game. The Lumberjack uses his axe to build scaffolding and bridges, and fend off enemies who might hamper his progress.
